Before I start this blog properly, I will introduce us briefly and tell the story how we got to be married. My name is Burns, Sophia Burns. It has been since 18 November 2005. Before that, which was most of my life, I was Sophia van der Nent. My husband's name is Burns as well, though in his case his first name is Robert. Just to confuse matters, he goes by Murray (his second name).
I decided to start this blog and keep you all informed of my new life in Canada. Since my beloved does not speak Dutch, nor any of his friends and relatives (and most of mine speak English), I will post mostly in English. Welcome to Murray and Sophia's blog!
