Mickey is in the hospital...

Well, I was hoping that this blog post would be a positive one, but alas... our sweet youngest kitten Mickey is in the vet's hospital.

He must have eaten or swallowed something that didn't agree with his tummy, because yesterday morning around 5 am he began to throw up several times. As soon as the vet's was open, we brought him there, and the nice doctor X-rayed him (he had not swallowed a sewing pin, which we suspected at first) and kept him there on IV.

The next day we called the doctor and he seems a tiny bit better, but he is still not eating. They want to keep him in observation for a little while longer, hopefully we'll know more soon...
Poor, poor Mickey, sunshine of our live, please get better soon, we miss you!
